 What’s included in each plan? Every plan includes licensing or service delivery appropriate to that tier – but the level of hands-on involvement from our team varies. Licenses Only is for businesses managing their own systems; Full Hosted means we handle everything. Not sure which fits? We’ll help you figure it out on a quick call.

 Do I need to purchase hardware to get started? Not necessarily. If your team works primarily from softphones or mobile apps, hardware is optional. If you prefer physical desk phones or a conference room setup, our Hardware &amp; Maintenance tier handles procurement and installation. Many clients combine a hosting or support plan with hardware services.

 Can I move to a different plan as my business grows? Yes. Our plans are designed to grow with you. Businesses often start with Licenses Only and move to a managed or hosted plan as their team expands or their IT capacity changes. We structure transitions so there’s no disruption to your phone system.

 How is support handled? Support is delivered by our in-house team of certified 3CX engineers – not outsourced, not a rotating help desk. Response approach and availability details are outlined in your service agreement and vary by plan. For Self-Hosted Support and Full Hosted clients, we act as an extension of your IT team.
